Spices, Rubs and Dry Mixes

Our freshly made herb, spice and dry combinations are the same as we use at our chef stations. These blends make the simplest preparations spectacular. Let our Kitchen Team toast, smoke, zest, grind and combine the ingredients for you. Our spices and rubs are packaged in four-ounce packets (twice the amount in most spice jars) making it easy to measure, pinch and store. $3.50 each.

Toasted Fennel Pepper Great in cooking steaks, seafood and poultry and in enhancing vinaigrettes and finishing soups, this peppery blend of toasted fennel seeds, toasted whole black peppercorns and ground coriander, can be applied as with any pepper. LEO’s Citrus Thyme Salt Ideal for enhancing green vegetables, poultry and seafood, this unique combination of lemon, lime and orange zest with thyme, salt and sugar also is a zesty alternative for rimming Margarita glasses.	SJO’s Seasoning Salt Excellent for grilling, especially beef, this salty blend of white and pink pepper, mustard seed, garlic and onion powders can also liven up many soups and stews.
Cornmeal Mix We make this flavorful mix for our signature Shrimp “Corndogs,” so we include our popular Shrimp “Corndog” and Bistro Honey Mustard Drizzle recipes along with just the right size wooden skewers with each bag. Our Cornmeal Mix can be substituted for the dry ingredients in lots of other recipes. $8

Special Order Items

Stocks

All of our stocks are made in-house and vary daily, including vegetable, meat, fish and seafood stocks. Check with us first to see what is “on the stove.” Fresh stocks can be refrigerated or frozen for later use in soups and stews or for cooking fresh vegetables and heating up leftovers. quart $8

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

We package our house-made garlic mashed potatoes in plastic pastry bags so that you can microwave, snip the tip and pipe. Each bag contains approximately four servings and can be stored in the refrigerator. In order to assure freshness, we require a 24-hour notice for our garlic mashed potato orders. one pastry bag $9
